How it works
Two categories — Startups and Scaleups — run in parallel, each selecting five finalists. Step 1 happens here on the platform. For now, the End Cancer team runs steps 2 to 4 offline.

Apply on the Platform
Register as a startup or scaleup and get your complete profile approved. Then, while a cycle is open, submit a short pitch video from your dashboard introducing your startup and why you should be selected.

Mentor Preselection
Mentors review every application on merit and draw up a shortlist. For now the End Cancer team runs this step offline; your dashboard shows your application's status.

Investor & Corporate Vote
The End Cancer team takes the shortlist to investors and corporates, who choose the final 5+5 teams. For now the vote happens offline, not on the platform.

Live Online Pitch
Finalists pitch live online. For now the End Cancer team organises the event off the platform.
Competition rules
Transparent, fair, and designed to keep the best innovators coming back.

Two categories: Startups and Scaleups compete separately. Five finalists selected in each category per event.

Registration required: Only innovators registered on the platform can enter. Your profile must be up to date at time of application.

A short pitch video: Besides your complete platform profile, the only extra requirement is a short video.
- 4
Apply multiple times, pitch once per year: You can reapply each cycle, but if you pitched in the same calendar year, you wait. New applications are favoured.
