- Vivan Therapeutics is a precision oncology biotech building biological foundation models for cancer, advancing treatment through AI-powered disease modelling via two complementary products — the Personal Discovery Process (PDP) and TuMatch™. At its core is a proprietary and rapidly expanding dataset of 50M+ tumour–drug combination pairs — one of the deepest in oncology — generated from whole-animal avatar models developed at, and exclusively licensed from, Mount Sinai. Vivan caters to patients across gastrointestinal cancers, lung cancer, glioblastoma and other hard-to-treat solid tumours, with TuMatch™ currently available for gastrointestinal cancers and expanding to other cancer types. Vivan's models have already identified 595+ novel drug combinations, outperforming standard of care in 97% of cases, and the same platform drives oncology drug discovery and development for biopharma partners. Revenue-generating since 2020, Vivan works with oncologists and healthcare centres internationally — including Mount Sinai, HCA Healthcare UK and Burjeel Medical City — and has signed research collaborations with the Institute of Cancer Research, Barts Cancer Institute and the UK's MRC.
